В целях регулирования денежного обращения Кыргызгосбанк может по-
купать и продавать на рынке ценных бумаг по рыночным ценам векселя,
удовлетворяющие требования пункта "б" статьи 13 настоящего Закона, и
государственные ценные бумаги.
