Полномочия народного депутата Республики Кыргызстан начинаются со
дня его избрания народным депутатом Республики Кыргызстан и заканчи-
ваются в день избрания народного депутата Республики Кыргызстан нового
созыва либо в случаях, предусмотренных статьей 9 настоящего Закона.
Полномочия народного депутата Республики Кыргызстан не подлежат пе-
редаче другому лицу.
