The act is no longer in force. Basis: Постановление Верховного Совета РК от 17 декабря 1991 года № 661-ХII.
Плата за разрешение устанавливается в твердых рублях:
- за регистрацию Устава (Положения) —1500 руб.;
- за перерегистрацию Устава (Положения) — 1000руб.;
- за внесение изменений в Устав (Положение) — 500 руб.
