1. В течение 45 дней после подачи заявления уполномоченный орган
должен рассмотреть достоверность и достаточность указанных в заявлении данных и принять решение о проведении разбирательства либо об отказе в проведении разбирательства.
2. Если уполномоченный орган считает предоставленную информацию
неполной или недостаточной, он должен уведомить об этом заявителя в течение 45 дней со дня получения заявления. В случае, если заявитель изменяет или дополняет свое заявление, срок рассмотрения заявления начинается со дня получения дополнений и изменений.
