С целью проверки достоверности информации или получения дополнительных данных, с согласия вовлеченных в разбирательство сторон и при отсутствии возражений официальных органов страны или стран, вовлеченных в разбирательство, и при соблюдении норм международного права, уполномоченный орган может проводить разбирательство на территории этих стран. По усмотрению уполномоченного органа в случае необходимости разбирательство может проводиться на территории третьих стран при соблюдении положений настоящей статьи.
