Если поставка какого-либо товара из более чем одной страны явлетсяпредметом одновременно проводимых разбирательств в отношении компенсационной пошлины, кумулятивное влияние таких поставок подлежит оценке, только если определено:

отношении поставок из каждой страны, превышает пренебрежимо малую величину, как это определено в статье 17 настоящего Закона, а объем поставок из каждой страны не является незначительным;
- что кумулятивная оценка влияния поставок проводится как при
конкуренции между поставляемыми товарами, так и между поставляемыми товарами и подобными товарами отечественного производства.
