1. Субсидия может быть предоставлена правительством страны
происхождения поставляемого товара либо правительством промежуточной страны, из которой товар поставляется (далее - экспортирующая страна или страна экспорта).
2. Если товары поставляются не из страны происхождения, а из
страны экспорта, положения настоящего Закона полностью применимы, и страна экспорта рассматривается как страна происхождения.
