Кооперативам, которые создаются на базе подразделений сельскохо-
зяйственных предприятий (кроме опытных хозяйств) и выходят из них, по
решению Совета народных депутатов, предоставляются земельные участки из
обрабатываемых ими ранее земель с учетом необходимости создания равных
условий хозяйствования. Эти участки подлежат изъятию из состава земель
указанных предприятий. Порядок и условия предоставления земельных
участков определяются законодательством Киргизской ССР.
