Вмешательство в деятельность землевладельцев и землепользователей
со стороны государственных, хозяйственных и других органов и организа-
ций запрещается, за исключением случаев нарушения землевладельцами и
землепользователями законодательства.
Нарушенные права подлежат восстановлению в порядке, предусматрива-
емом законодательством Союза ССР и Киргизской ССР.
