The act is no longer in force. Basis: Постановление Верховного Совета РК от 19 апреля 1991 года №429-XII.
При отсутствии заявления одной из сторон о прекращении или измене-
нии договора аренды земли по окончании срока он считается продленным на
тот же срок и на тех же условиях, какие были предусмотрены договором.
При продлении договора на новый срок его условия могут быть изме-
нены по соглашению сторон.
