Ходатайства о предоставлении земельных участков рассматриваются и
решаются по существу местными Советами народных депутатов до трех меся-
цев с момента их поступления, а Советом Министров Киргизской ССР - в
месячный срок с момента получения материалов от районного и областного
Совета народных депутатов.
