Государственный контроль за использованием и охраной земель осу-
ществляется Советами народных депутатов и специально уполномоченными
органами.
Порядок осуществления государственного контроля за использованием
и охраной земель устанавливается законодательством Союза ССР и Киргизс-
кой ССР.
