Зоны охраны рек, озер, водохранилищ, каналов, водохозяйственых и
гидротехнических сооружений и устройств устанавливаются Советом Минист-
ров Киргизской ССР в целях правильного и рационального использования
водных ресурсов, связанных с удовлетворением народохозяйственных нужд.
