К землям водного фонда относятся земли, занятые водоемами, ледни-
ками, болотами, гидротехническими и другими водохозяйственными сооруже-
ниями, а также земли, выделенные под полосы отвода по берегам водоемов.
Порядок использования земель водного фонда определяется законода-
тельством Союза ССР, настоящим Законом и другим законодательством Кир-
гизской ССР.
