Статья 54. Уведомление о принятии обязательства по ценам

1. После принятия обязательства по ценам уполномоченный орган
направляет уведомление об этом всем заинтересованным сторонам с
соблюдением условий статьи 41 настоящего Закона.
Обязательство по ценам вступает в силу через 7 дней после отправки
уведомления по почте или вручения его представителю
заинтересованной стороны.
