1. Обязательство по ценам может быть принято уполномоченным
органом только после вынесения предварительного утвердительного
определения в соответствии со статьей 39 настоящего Закона о наличии
демпинга и вреда, причиненного этим демпингом.
2. Обязательство по ценам не может быть принято, если
уполномоченный орган считает его принятие практически неосуществимым
в силу большого количества поставщиков либо по другим причинам, о
которых уполномоченный орган должен сообщить поставщику.
