Антидемпинговое разбирательство прекращается без принятия мер,

а) что отсутствуют достаточные доказательства демпинга или вреда;

б) что величина демпинга является пренебрежимо малой или что объем

вреда является незначительным в соответствии с положениями статьи 11

настоящего Закона.
