The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон КР от 29 марта 2019 года № 40.
Временные антидемпинговые меры могут быть наложены на срок не
более шести месяцев, а в случае, когда временные антидемпинговые меры
недостаточны для устранения вреда в течение шести месяцев, срок их
действия может быть продлен до девяти месяцев.
