В случае концентрации поставок демпингового товара на отдельный
региональный рынок Кыргызской Республики, когда эти поставки приводят
к причинению вреда региональным производителям, уполномоченный
орган вправе проводить антидемпинговое разбирательство, в
соответствии с положениями настоящего Закона, применительно к данному
региону.
