демпинговый, если экспортная цена данного товара ниже цены,
устанавливаемой в процессе обычных торговых операций на подобный
товар, предназначенный для потребления в экспортирующей и/или
производящей стране, а качество товара соответствует качеству товара,
производимого отечественными производителями.
