Решение о начале либо об отказе в начале процедуры
антидемпингового разбирательства принимается уполномоченным органом в
течение 60 дней с момента принятия заявления.
Решение о начале либо об отказе в начале процедуры
антидемпингового разбирательства принимается на основании изучения
всех предоставленных данных, при соблюдении условий статей 9, 11
настоящего Закона.
О принятом решении уполномоченный орган обязан сообщить всем
заинтересованным сторонам, а в случае отказа - указать причины
принятого решения.
