1. В целях получения общего балла закупающая организация суммирует полученные баллы консультантов за техническую оценку и за финансовую оценку с использованием удельного веса каждого предложения, указанного в приглашении к подаче предложений.
2. Консультант, набравший наибольший балл, приглашается к проведению переговоров.
