1. Консультационные услуги осуществляются правомочными юридическими или физическими лицами, имеющими соответствующую квалификацию, независимо от их гражданства, а также страны происхождения.
2. Консультационные услуги могут оказываться как индивидуальными консультантами, так и консультационными фирмами.
