1. Орган, выдавший документ, имеющий юридическое значение, обязан по заявлению заинтересованного лица выдать его копию, а также свидетельствовать верность копии этого документа, если законодательством не предусмотрена необходимость нотариального свидетельствования копий таких документов.
2. Выдача копии документа оплачивается в случаях, размере и порядке, предусмотренных законами.
