The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон КР от 31 июля 2015 года № 210.
1. Решение по административному делу не подлежит исполнению, если оно не было приведено в исполнение в течение трех лет со дня его вступления в силу.
2. Течение срока давности, установленного пунктом 1 настоящей статьи, прерывается, если уполномоченный административный орган или заинтересованное лицо уклоняются от исполнения решения по административному делу.
