1. Ходатайства участников заседания об истребовании новых доказательств и по всем другим вопросам, связанным с рассмотрением административного дела, разрешаются административным органом после заслушивания мнений заинтересованных лиц.
2. Результаты рассмотрения ходатайств объявляются участникам заседания и заносятся в протокол заседания.
