The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон КР от 16 декабря 2016 года № 207.
Дело должно быть рассмотрено судом в течение 10 рабочих дней со дня вынесения определения о принятии заявления к производству. В исключительных случаях указанный срок может быть продлен по мотивированному определению суда, но не более чем на один месяц.
