Статья 62. Право на обращение в суд

1. Правом на обращение в суд с заявлением о возбуждении процедуры принудительной ликвидации обладают:
1) кредитор или кредиторы;
2) банк;
3) Национальный банк в случаях, предусмотренных настоящим Законом.
2. Лица, указанные в пункте 1 настоящей статьи, имеют право на обращение в суд без соблюдения досудебного (претензионного) порядка урегулирования спора.
