Срок проведения процесса банкротства банка не может превышать 2 календарных лет. При необходимости этот срок может быть продлен определением суда по ходатайству специального администратора. Продление срока ликвидации не допускается без рассмотрения и утверждения отчета специального администратора за предыдущий срок.
