1. Управление и распоряжение акциями акционерных обществ, принадлежащими органам местного самоуправления, осуществляются в соответствии с законодательством Кыргызской Республики.
2. Сведения об акциях акционерных обществ, принадлежащих органу местного самоуправления, подлежат включению в реестр объектов муниципальной собственности.
