Статья 83. Участие отдела по поддержке семьи и детей при рассмотрении судом споров, связанных с воспитанием детей

1. При рассмотрении судом споров, связанных с воспитанием детей, независимо от того, кем предъявлен иск в защиту ребенка, к участию в деле должно быть привлечено территориальное подразделение уполномоченного государственного органа по защите детей.
