К названным в преамбуле настоящего Кодекса имущественным и личным неимущественным отношениям между членами семьи, не урегулированным семейным законодательством (статья 4 настоящего Кодекса), применяется гражданское законодательство постольку, поскольку это не противоречит существу семейных отношений.
