1. Размер алиментов, уплачиваемых по соглашению об уплате алиментов, определяется сторонами в этом соглашении.
2. Размер алиментов, устанавливаемый по соглашению об уплате алиментов на несовершеннолетних детей, не может быть ниже размера алиментов, которые они могли бы получить при взыскании алиментов в судебном порядке (статья 86 настоящего Кодекса).
