Республики (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2000 г., № 3, ст. 158) следующее дополнение:
подпункт 6 пункта 1 статьи 102 после слов «общественные органы» и «доход государства» дополнить соответственно словами «и органы местного самоуправления» и «и органов местного самоуправления».
