Статья 1. Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики «О дорожном движении

в Кыргызской Республике» (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской
Республики, 1998 г., № 8, ст. 248) следующие изменения:
1. Абзац двенадцатый статьи 5 исключить.
2. Статью 7 признать утратившей силу.
3. В пункте 3 статьи 17 слова «лицензию и» исключить.
