Выплата пособия по безработице прекращается в случаях:
- прохождения профессиональной подготовки, повышения квалификации
и переподготовки по направлению органов государственной службы занятости населения с выплатой стипендии;
- истечения установленного периода выплаты пособия по безработице;
- временной нетрудоспособности на весь ее период и получения
пособия по дородовому и послеродовому отпуску;
- трудоустройства безработного гражданина;
- получения пособия по безработице обманным путем.
