Граждане Кыргызской Республики, иностранные граждане и лица без гражданства, проживающие в Кыргызской Республике, обязаны:
- соблюдать законодательство Кыргызской Республики о лекарственных средствах;
- принимать лекарственные средства согласно предписаниям врачей в случае установления заболевания, представляющего опасность для здоровья других граждан.
