1. Обеспечение доказательств производится судьей по правилам, установленным настоящим Кодексом.
2. Протоколы и все собранные в порядке обеспечения доказательств материалы передаются в суд, рассматривающий дело, с уведомлением лиц, участвующих в деле.
3. Если обеспечение доказательств имело место не в суде, где рассматривается дело, то подлежат применению статьи 66 и 67 настоящего Кодекса.
