1. Участвующие в деле лица, имеющие основания опасаться, что предоставление необходимых для них доказательств сделается впоследствии невозможным или затруднительным, могут просить суд об обеспечении этих доказательств.
2. Обеспечение доказательств до возникновения дела в суде производится нотариусом или должностными лицами консульских учреждений в порядке, предусмотренном законодательством Кыргызской Республики.
