1. Судебные акты и акты иных органов приводятся в исполнение после вступления их в законную силу, за исключением случаев немедленного исполнения в порядке, установленном настоящим Кодексом и иными законами, регулирующими исполнительное производство.
2. Принудительное исполнение судебного акта и акта, иного органа производится на основании выдаваемого судом исполнительного листа, если иное не предусмотрено настоящим Кодексом и законодательством об исполнительном производстве.
