1. Иск может быть предъявлен совместно несколькими истцами или к нескольким ответчикам. Каждый из истцов или ответчиков по отношению к другой стороне выступает в процессе самостоятельно, соучастники могут поручить ведение дела одному из соучастников.
2. В случаях, предусмотренных законом, суд вправе привлечь по своей инициативе для участия в деле соответчика или соответчиков.
