1. Постановление судебных коллегий Верховного суда Кыргызской Республики вступает в законную силу немедленно после его принятия, является окончательным, обжалованию не подлежит и исполняется в порядке, установленном законодательством Кыргызской Республики об исполнительном производстве.
2. Указания, содержащиеся в постановлении Верховного суда Кыргызской Республики, являются обязательными для суда, вновь рассматривающего дело.
