1. Права по документу могут быть восстановлены и при утрате документом признаков платежности в результате ненадлежащего хранения или по другим причинам.
2. Заявление о признании утраченного документа недействительным подается в суд по месту нахождения учреждения (лица), выдавшего этот документ.
