1. В случае явки или обнаружения места пребывания гражданина, признанного безвестно отсутствующим или объявленного умершим, суд своим новым решением отменяет свое ранее вынесенное решение.
2. Новое решение суда после вступления его в законную силу направляется в отдел по поддержке семьи и детей для отмены доверительного управления имуществом гражданина или органу записи актов гражданского состояния для аннулирования записи о его смерти в книге записей актов гражданского состояния.
