Суд обязан в семидневный срок, а по делам, связанным с принудительной госпитализацией в психиатрический стационар, не позднее следующего дня с момента поступления заявления в суд рассмотреть вопрос о его принятии к производству суда. О принятии искового заявления суд выносит определение. Настоящим Кодексом могут быть предусмотрены иные сроки принятия заявления к производству. (В редакции Закона КР от 8 августа 2004 года № 110)
