1. Страхование инвестиций и рисков инвесторов осуществляется на добровольной основе. В случае когда законодательством Кыргызской Республики страхование не предусмотрено в обязательном порядке, инвестиции и риски могут быть застрахованы как в Кыргызской Республике, так и за ее пределами.
