Целями и задачами настоящего Закона является обеспечение для
лиц разного пола:
— равенства прав, обязанностей и ответственности;
— равенства возможностей;
— равнопартнерских отношений во всех сферах жизнедеятельности;
—равенства в семейных отношениях;
— равенства в социальной, экономической, трудовой и иной
деятельности.
