1. Президент Кыргызской Республики издает указы и распоряжения.
2. Указы и распоряжения Президента Кыргызской Республики
обязательны для исполнения на всей территории Кыргызской Республики.
3. Указы, принимаемые Президентом Кыргызской Республики при
осуществлении в соответствии с подпунктом 6 пункта 5 статьи 46
Конституции Кыргызской Республики законодательных полномочий, имеют
силу закона.
