самоуправлению города Бишкек компенсировать недофинансированные в 2002
году по отдельным группам расходы местных бюджетов за счет и в
пределах ассигнований, предусмотренных в их бюджетах на 2003 год. При
этом компенсации в первоочередном порядке подлежат расходы на
заработную плату и отчисления в Социальный фонд.
