Внешнеэкономические сделки, предусматривающие экспорт, импорт и реэкспорт контролируемой продукции, подлежат государственной экспертизе, которая проводится уполномоченными органами. Порядок и условия государственной экспертизы определяются Кабинетом Министров Кыргызской Республики. (В редакции Закона КР от 15 февраля 2023 года № 25)
